He is a postgraduate from IRMA. More than 15 years of experience in financial and social sector especially in Micro Finance Institutions, NGOs and funding agencies. He has worked with reputed institutions like SRTT and FWWB in the areas of Rural Financing and research. He has more than 10 years of experience in institutional assessment, monitoring evaluation, due diligence, risk analysis, business valuation etc.
Sudhir Kumar
Senior Consultant
Passionate development finance professional with more than 15 years of experience in financial inclusion space having expertise in financial inclusion, digital finance and livelihoods. Involved in Institution building, technical assistance to clients/partners, project management, operations, incubating new ideas, quantitative & qualitative research and systems & process development. Have worked at varied institutions; Banking, policy advocacy, implementation, and have been an entrepreneur, having promoted and managed a microfinance institution.
Core expertise is in financial inclusion, digital payments, incubation, project management, evaluations and institutional assessments Sudhir has worked in many-esteemed organization in leadership role such as PSIG program of SIDBI (a DFID initiative) and Cashless Catalyst (IFMR), a USAID supported program focused on Digital financial

A post-graduate from Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA), Gujarat with more than 15 years’ experience in thematic areas like Livelihoods (rural, tribal), Institution Building (FPC/Cooperatives) Microfinance, Training, Communication and Skill Development, Consulting (surveys, value chain analysis, market research and assessment studies, etc.), and Education/Teaching.
A professional with extensive experience in leadership roles and expertise in a wide spectrum including Project Management, Proposal and report writing, field research (survey and assessment studies), Audit, Business Plan preparation, etc.
